hi, we am meditative about removing a home equity loan to compensate for my daughter fee for school. My credit is not really great but, we do have over 75,000 in equity. we am meditative about requesting for 25k as well as was wondering if it would be difficult. we am requesting for a loan by a same bank that binds my mortgage, that we have never been late on. thanks!

At our bank you need a 720 credit score now, its become very tough. You can also only go up to a total of 80% of your home loans to the value of your home.
