I have been eating a full of health diet for during slightest dual years now, we have additionally worked out for a soild 3 years. we go to a gym, have a personal tutor as well as work out for 1 & 1/2 hours 3 to 4 days a week but fail, as well as eat about 1300-1500 cal per day. we am 40yrs aged as well as import 160 lbs, we am 5 ft 2, as well as have weighed approx.130 most of my life. we have been upon thyroid meds, as well as prescriptions for weight detriment for most years with no results. we finnally went off them all as well as attempted to only eat full of health as well as work out hard.
I am incompetent to even lax a pound…. my tutor thinks we contingency be overeating, since he sees me during a gym you do my program. we am not eating abnormal, we eat full of health (I have to we have serious poison reflux disease) can’t have greasy foods, coffee, chocolate or anything juicy flattering much….. we eat sprouted wheat, fruits, vegetables, small meat, often fish, as well as really low dairy if any. What could be a answer?

On the low-carb forum that I’m a member of, there are lots of people who were in your situation, including their doctors/trainers/dieticians not believing them when they said that they were following the plan faithfully. Some people simply can’t lose on a low-fat/high-carb diet.

Low fat worked for me when I was younger, but as I aged I found that I was gaining weight despite eating healthy and being active. Then I discovered low-carb and I’ve lost 40 lbs so far and my health has improved overall.

What could it hurt to try it? Research is now proving that low-carb is a safe and healthy lifestyle.

Check out the forum, there’s lots of people there who are very supportive and helpful. We’re following a variety of low-carb plans, so we don’t always agree, but you’ll get a variety of opinions there and lots of guidance and support. Do your research, pick the plan that you think would work for you. There are also sections for research and media articles on low-carb, a "war zone" where we have our arguments, a buddies and challenges section, a recipe section and areas for the different plans and for specific health concerns. There’s even a section especially for newbies.

Good luck!

If your thyroid is the issue, then you need to adjust thyroid meds. Has anyone checked you for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis?

Try going down to 1000 calories and see what happens.

If your thyroid is good, then you have to lower your caloric intake and increase expenditure and you WILL lose weight.

You should go back to the doctors and get a blood test done, incase there is any other underling problem causing to put on mopre weight.

Im not really sure about this one. Maybe its your metabolism. Maybe you dont think you are taking in too much but you could be for metabolism rate. It is cool to eat healty but you have to make sure you are not over eating even if it is healty foods. Also, im not sure if you are doing this, but you should eat 5-6 times a day. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks in between and remain active. That should work…

weight is extremely genetic. Your body has a certain wieght it feels is best. If you begin losing the weight your body responds by slowing down (you may become lethargic) or by causing you to feel ravenous. This is called homeostasis. Even after someone has lost weight the body responds as if it is starving.
However one good thing is although a healthy lifestyle may not lead to weight loss it DEFINATELY leads to a healthier body. Keep up the good work.

You can eat healthy and walk all day and not loose weight. It is the way your food is processed, with sprays, dyes and sugars, does anyone know what the red and/or yellow dyes listed as part of your food are? You won’t get a ready answer. All too many people are trying loose weight and can’t. It has something do with way the food is processed with strange preservatives and color dyes.

Hello,

Have you ever tried cleansing? Cleansing works by cleansing your body of all the harmful environmental toxins. Fat clings on to the toxins so by cleansing the toxins from your body you lose weight naturally.

Isagenix has an excellent cleansing program available. I personally lost 11 pounds in 11 days and my friend lost 15 pounds in 11 days.

You can find out more here.

Be sure to watch the ‘Are you Toxic’ video on the left hand corner as it will explain a lot about how cleansing works.
