My father had leased the blurb skill 10 years ago that finished the couple of months back. He longed for to keep the franchise so he concluded to compensate some-more lease to keep the place. The owners of the skill passes divided as well as the son in law decides he doesnt wish to re-lease the skill to my father given "he sub-leased." Which he didnt given the male during that place was my dads worker though given my father longed for him out the worker incited opposite my father as well as told the "son in law" that he was renting. (which was not true.) Anyway..so the son in law evicts my father as well as leases the skill to my dads ex-employee. Now months have upheld as well as he is not giving behind my dads deposit. what can you do? we checked the skill as well as it belongs to the TRUST now? Who can we sue?
Their only personification games as well as wish to worry us..

You can’t sue anyone. This is not your business, not your contract.

Your father can try to sue the ex-employee, but since he did not have a lease at the time he will have a heck of time. He needs a serious scum bag attorney.

For the deposit your father would sue the estate of the deceased, they handle the contract.

You need the copy of the lease, then sue the trust. It is strange the son in Law is managing the property instead pf the owner’s daughter.
