I am in the process of getting laser hair removal (IPL) on my bikini line (going in for my 3rd session soon) and have done 5 treatments for my armpits (looks good, but going for a 6th). I have noticed much less bumpiness and skin irritation in those areas.

Theoretically, IPL should reduce skin problems b/c the hair follicle seems to be at least part of the problem, so if the hairs are gone, there will probably be fewer pores getting clogged up.

I highly recommend it. Also, it really hasn’t hurt like some of the other people have said, and I have a very low tolerance for pain.

At Sephora you can get the NO!NO! hair remover. I don’t know if it works but it sounds cool and it says its a good alternative to laser hair removal. It’s about $200.

If you have the money for hair laser removal then you should totally get it. Then you’ll never have to worry about hair you don’t want to have to keep maintaining!

…as for actual products.. i have no idea. i just shave n tweeze.
