i got a used automobile about a year ago which i have not accomplished profitable for, though form a impulse i got a automobile i had problems with it not starting when i put gas in it. do i have a shot during a lemon law in florida???

here you can find the statues of the lemon law. But you might want to keep in mind that if in the beginning of buying the car you accepted the conditions and warranties. and they also give you a term where you can have warranty. If you did brought the car in the dealer and took it back you then agreed to keep the car. Is been a year to my understading is late for lemon law and the car is used. It doesn’t matter if you are still paying for it!

What kind of gas did you put in it?
Did you fill the tank right after a tanker had been to the gas station? Never do that!
See if you can get the 2 filters changed?………gas tank taken off and dumped?
No you do not have a shot at the "lemon law". It is only for NEW CARS. It does not apply to used vehicles. This is the same myth perpetuated along with the "3 day return law" that people seem to think there is when you buy a car (new or used). This is the reason to have it checked before you buy it.
THE LEMON LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR SITUATION AT ALL.
