I have a 2003 Ford Focus (in Texas if that’s any different) who’s been in to a dealership upon dual opposite occasions for delivery problems, as good as right away it looks as if it’s starting to need to go in again (not even a month after it’s final revisit either). we do have an lengthened guaranty which is durability me til 2009 (or 75,000 miles, though I’m usually coming 50,000), as good as they have in truth respected it to specifications.
However, my father told me which a Lemon law is fundamentally 3 strikes as good as they reinstate my automobile for me, patently (and unfortunately) it’s substantially impending it’s third strike. we was only wondering a specifics of a Lemon law, what it takes to encounter a requirements, what they do with a car, what kind of automobile they’d give me etc. etc. If someone could indicate me to a consice website (or let me know a great bit!) which can give me a little info upon it which would be wonderful. we unequivocally do not wish to let go of my car…
Under a Texas Lemon Law according to a website since below: "Leased vehicles as good as automobile converters have been included, as have been used vehicles if a manufacturer’s guaranty still applies."
So obviously, we still have a manufacturers EXTENDED warranty, though is which still lonesome by a Lemon law then? we have had alternative pointless problems with this car, as good as we only wish it FIXED well, ya know? we do not unequivocally wish to give up a car, though if it’s still carrying problems, I’d similar to to have a deputy I’m due.
Oh as good as ps. we have had a delivery transposed a a single time before, as good as this final time, we had a integrate things inside of a delivery replaced, so unequivocally it SHOULD be working, though afterwards again, we have no idea upon how these things do work haha.

Your lemon law has expired. You need to seek remedies under your manufacturer’s warranty.
your car would be used as a trade at fair market value on any vehicle u choose
I am in the car biss…. there is NO lemon law on used cars. Only on new cars and that is only going threw the manufacture. You just need to let the dealership work with you on replacing the transmission. That’s why they have extended warranty’s. I hope this is helpful, if not let me know.
