for KENTUCKY what does the lemon law mean??
on used cars?? as good as contend u get the automobile from the good well known automobile lot what would occur if u had the automobile for the week as good as dual things goes wrong with it as good as the lemon law is in start can u discuss it them u dont wish the automobile any more as good as will they take it behind or what will have to be done?? It is the used automobile though it is from the large association which has most of offices around the states in the U.S.
So if it is the USED automobile there is zero we can do?

The lemon law does not apply to used cars. This is in effect in the state of Kentucky but in order to meet the criteria you have to have repairs done to the same thing at least 3 times without the problem being resolved.
The lemon law in ca for new cars is the dealership has 3 attempts to fix a problem – same problem or you can push thru to have the car replaced with a new one or buy the car back.
If after several attempts the vehicle can not be fixed (under warranty) then the car is considered a "lemon" and you are entitled to your money back. The dealer must buy the car back. This is only a car that was bought with a warranty through a dealer.
a lemon law that sounds weird..
Lemon laws only apply to new cars. If you bought a used car, the dealer may have given a written warranty. If so, refer to your sales receipt for info on the warranty.
If you bought a use car "as is" you may be out of luck.
if the law s in effect,they have to take it back
It’s the 3 day law .Or Lemon Law . In Texas If in 3 days of purchase of a used car . If the car is totally messed up . You can return it to them and get your money back.
