Hello. I actually read an arcticle about the pros and cons of laser hair removal, so thats why i decided to answer your question!

Yes i believe it is gaurunteed to work, i have never had it done before.

The laser zaps the hair cuticles and kills them so no more hair ever grows there – ever! You can get it done anywhere on your body, even your face. Here are the pros and cons:

Pros:
– You will never have to shave in that area ever again in your life.
– You only have to get the treatment done once.
– It is only one price.
– You wont have ‘five o’clock shadow’ or stubble anymore

Cons:
– It is very expensive – over a few grand!
– An inexperienced technician could actually burn your skin.
– The first few seconds you get it done does burn a little bit, but after that you get used to it.
– People say that as much money you spend on the treatment, you could actually save money by shaving every day.

So there you go, thats what i know, anyway. So weight the pros and cons yourself, and see which one overpowers the other. You decided wether you want it or not.

If this is not enough help, research it online, im sure they have a ton of websites on it, goodluck!! :)

Despite all the hype about laser hair removal being permanent, hair sometimes starts growing again after a year or two. It definitely doesn’t work for everyone.

If you want to experiment on yourself then buy a DIY home laser hair removal kit like the Rio and try it out before committing thousands to salon treatments. The Rio uses a safe 808nm diverging laser.

Laser hair removal is FDA approved. Working with small areas of the skin, the laser beam destroys hair follicles and impairs hair regrowth. There is less pain and it is less time-consuming compared to electrolysis, but there can be redness or pigmentation changes of the skin. Laser treatment works best on people with light-skin and dark hair. In addition, laser treatment will not work on deeply embedded hair follicles such as the underarm or the bikini line. A licensed professional should perform laser hair removal. Laser is very expensive and multiple treatments are necessary. The estimated cost for completed treatment is $$500-1,000 for facial hair removal and $2,000-$3,000 for legs. Results are long lasting, but some hair may grow back. If hair grows back, it is sparse and finer.

It’s not guaranteed to work! You might spend thousands of dollars for something that’s not any better than shaving… The hair might come back as soon as it would if you shaved.
So there’s a con.
I don’t know any pro’s I have never actually heard anyone say that it worked completely.
Sorry

laser hair removal can be expensive, and often requires more than one treatment in order to become permanent
