Don’t know about the no no hair removal but the Silk’n SensEpil™ is known to be a good product also was approved by the FDA and the support is great.

It’s not strictly a laser hair device but their is a device which uses Thermicon technology. I’ve been reading about it here http://homepermanent-hairremoval.com. I got mine last month and it seems pretty good.
