Hypothetically speaking, this is quite for research, though what would it price to emanate an FM air wave hire which has the coverage area of may be the twenty-five mile radius? we assimilate there will be kingship fees, permit losses from the FCC, leasing the building, employees, equipment, etc. But we was usually wondering what all this would cost? Thanks everyone. Serious answers only, please.

Go ask someone in the industry directly; if they disclose the list of everyitem and permit required, then go and price it out with real vendors.
SBA & SCORE have various bulletins on approx. costs of various types of start-ups. Start with those websites & see what you come up with. Certainly to set up the station, studios, etc, all the equipment involved, staff will cost several million. Buying an FCC license – seems I’ve read of licenses going for several million in the past.
I knew a guy a number of years ago who set up a cable-radio station in his basement for about $100,000, but that was a very different sort of thing technically, operationally, and every other way. Therefore, his costs would in no way compare. Besides inflation has quadrupled (or more!) prices since then anyway.
