What creates a automobile new?
We paid for a automobile with 30,000 miles upon it (Florida). There’s a assign which says Lemon – Law – Warranty Enforcement Act (new cars only) of roughly 0.
I am guessing a automobile with 30k miles is really used. We did buy a sum detriment insurance. But we didn’t notice (new cars only) partial until now. Is this how it works?
thank you

A new car is one that has never been titled, regardless of miles.
It would be very rare for a dealership to have a demo with that many miles.
I think you just got taken for an extra $800.
I have never heard of such a charge being mandatory.
If you agreed to the warranty, it is justified, but perhaps they tried to slip that one by you.
A new car is generally considered one that has not been previously titled. It can have 5,000 miles on it and be called new if it has never been titled before.
