The commercial operation has not left broke though a tenants have surrendered a lease. we have sent letters to my ex-employees to get a income which is due for a hours we worked as well as legal holiday compensate though we have not perceived any money. CItizens Advice have been unequivocally unhelpful as well as we do not know where to go next. Any help???

Any claim you wish to make will have to be made through the Employment Tribunal.

Try contacting ACAS. They should at least give you some help with formulating your legal arguments.

i would suggest calling the Labor Law Commission and file a complaint, or small claims court and include your court fees to the amount you are seeking, and once granted file with the IRS or against a home or personal vehicle so they can’t sell without you getting your money first.
