The Pros:

when you use someone that is temp or leased employees they are people that you can not trust if they are perma. workers they are going to be honest and work hard for you but these people that work by hour aren’t to care about what ever and if there isn’t something leaving the area and hey how can you tell who it is you have to be able o pay en ough o keep them honest and that is with benefits and help knowing them they are humans also
