I believe vasectomies can be reversed (and the effectiveness decreases with each year after the surgery). My mom worked with someone whose husband had a vasectomy and they got pregnant several years afterward- naturally. You could also look into freezing some of his sperm before the procedure, if you have the money for it, that way if you want another child along the road you won’t have to even worry about what to do.
vasectomy can be reversed but it is highly unlikely that you could get pregnant again without it being reversed unless you have an affair
