Can we cancel the franchise if government doesn’t take sufficient shortcoming to keep the limited area sealed as well as after the glow occurs.

What do you mean, "doesn’t take enough responsibility" and why would a fire occur? The management can’t really be held responsible if someone decides to start a fire.

You can’t just break a lease because of some what-if scenario. However, if the rental agreement or their advertising promised that they would secure and maintain the building and they fail to do that, then you might have grounds. Your challenge is proving that management has not taken sufficient action.

Anonymously report the sprinkler head issue to your local fire marshall. The property may be required to inspect their fire system at least once a year. Like any plumbing, sprinkler head can break, so that doesn’t seem like a sufficient reason to break a lease.

Short answer, no.

If the property is not livable for some reason, then you can terminate the lease. These types of vague problems do not constitute an unlivable situation.

You can try. Just as when the management wants to end a lease early, you have to take this to court. You would have to prove to a judge that you were in serious danger.

You’ll need more than heresay.

You MIGHT have a case for termination, but it won’t be based upon that ‘employee comment’. You will need to prove that an actual fire hazard occurred due to management failure to properly maintain any such sprinkler systems. That will be next to impossible,since you would need documentation from an outside source that the sprinkler systems were inoperative. Chances of getting such documentation are close to nil.

Furthermore, if you were not damaged in any way due to such possible violations, your case is extremely weak.
