Auto finance is what I do for a living and the only way to remove the father is to refinance.

The fact that the father was required in the first place tells me that your fiance has bad credit, this may make it hard to refinance and lower his payment unless you have even stronger credit then his dad.

I would try your own local bank or credit union, the only offers you will get here are scams.

It is easy to get a new loan, and refi- sometimes a good idea if you can get a better rate. Will be easy to not have the father on the loan. My only concern is be careful when mixing finances. I am sure you love each other, but for your sake, maybe wait until you are married before combining finances. If that isnt an issue or concern ( which you might want to consider) then just go talk to our bank. Easy as pie
