Hi, we have not long ago been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. we had a follow up with my cardiologist. So distant it is not good known if we have PRIMARY, or SECONDARY pulmonary hypertension. we am starting tomorrow to have a transesophageal echocardiogram exam achieved to see if there competence be a clot, or a hole in my heart which is causing a PH. My Question is, alternative than a hole in a heart, or a red blood clot somewhere, does any one know of any alternative causes which could be deliberate first pulmonary hypertension, which could be ruled out/ presumably treated, prior to we would be Diagnoses as carrying Secondary PH??? we know we can find out many of this during my appointment. tomorrow, though we am only unequivocally shaken as good as extraordinary as good (not about a procedure, though a outcome). we additionally longed for to know before-hand so which we can ask a doc questions prior to we am underneath sedation for a procedure.
