Yes. A specialist will have to aspirate some sperm from his testicles with a needle, then as a pp stated, you’d have to go through IVF…the meds to ovulate along with egg harvesting because aspirated sperm is immature and can’t swim or properly penetrate the egg on its own. Each cycle of IVF is quite expensive and doesn’t always work. We personally chose VR and the reversal worked for us.

The easiest and cheapest is a vasectomy reversal because that means you do not need fertility medication s and IVF.
Without a vasectomy the only other choice is in-vitro fertilization.
