My hubby will be having a vasectomy reversal this fall. Any ideas how to raise pregnancy success rate?

Vasectomy was finished 5 years ago. He has 2 girls from prior marriage. We have the single together. Want to try for the boy. Avg success rate of conceiving physically after vasectomy annulment is 50%. We unequivocally unequivocally wish to get profound again. Any ideas upon how to lift the chances would be most appreciated. Even if they receptive to advice silly. We’re peaceful to try only about anything. Thanks.

Wear boxers not briefs (let the boys breathe), cut back on caffeine and nicotine, and don’t have sex EVERY day (try every other or every 2-3 days). Tell him not to play with it either…let the sperm "build up". Good luck and have fun! Also, after sex try not to just hop right up…lay there for a couple of minutes let gravity do its job.
