Basically every 3-5 years the man should go and get checked to make sure everything is still in tact down there. though they say there is not a reversal there is still a chance for her to get pregnant by him. I had a friend that had 2 kids then got a vasectomy, 4 years almost to the date his wife was pregnant again. Its a huge shock but it can 150% happen!
