My At&T cell phone keeps breaking, is there a cell phone lemon law for Florida?

this is my third refurbished phone which AT&T has given me given final month. I’m a sincerely brand new patron w/ a 2 year contract. i am so agravated! can i get out of my stipulate since of this complaint since im removing ill of it. i have a sony ericsson w580i.

Don’t buy a refurbished phone. Get a new one. A refurbished phone is one someone else had and for some reason, they turned it in. They could have had for a few days or a few years. You are saving money buying a refurbished phone, but now you know what the problems are with buying one is. They can be unreliable.
Thats how they get you. You made an agreement that all defaults are your responsibility. Now they want you to buy a new phone and agree to a 2 year contract , or pay $200 to end your plan.
I hate AT&T. Is it not working or is it dropping all your calls. The best thing to do is to keep calling customer service and keep complaining. Make them GIVE you a new phone.
I had a situation with them.Almost all my calls kept dropping. It got so bad that when a client tried to call me 4 times, all 4 calls dropped. I was so angry I threw the phone against the wall, shattering it. I then went to an AT&T store and told them I needed a new phone. They wouldnt give it to me so I kept calling customer service and they sent me a new phone.
You can get out of your contract but they might charge you $250 as an early termination fee.
AT&T- More Bars in More Places…. because once you deal with their service, you want to get drunk
