MA Lemon Law: Can I somehow get a refund?

I paid for a used automobile (VW Jetta, ,000) upon Monday, Jul 16th as good as we had an evident complaint with a check engine light. Long story short, I’ve brought a automobile behind twice, as good as yet it was presumably bound as good as has run good given we got it behind upon Friday, currently a same thing happened. we have to move it behind tomorrow to be bound again. In addition, my back brakes have been junk. It did, however, pass inspection. What rights do we have? Is there any approach we can get a reinstate for a used car? What does it take to get one? It has 60,000 miles as good as I’ve usually combined about 250.

I’ve looked during a pages, so greatfully do not couple me. Could someone facilitate it? Thanks!

THERE IS NO LEMON LAW ON USED CARS IN ANY STATE. You can’t get a refund. It’s yours.
Your brakes couldn’t be junk if they passed inspection now, could they?
Maybe you need to take a breath. The car, by your own admission, runs well. Thats a far cry from a lemon, isn’t it? It’s only a light…let the dealer find the problem and fix it.

Ask the dealer to switch you to a better unit. The Lemom Law does not apply to USED vehicles, only New ones. Good luck.

If my memory serves me, MA has automatic warranties based on the mileage of the car. Keep after the dealer.
Anyway, it sounds like a faulty O2 sensor. Are you tightening up your gas cap? I am a used car dealer, my experience with VW leads me to believe they are absolute junk. Little problems that are going to drive you crazy in the long run.

Good luck.
