		<description>Again,bestwrencher has the correct answer but i would like to add to it a bit,this is important when dealing with lemon law claims.

Each time you need to go back to the dealership for the same repair,be SURE the write it up exactly as it was previously,some dealerships change-up the wording on complaints making it difficult to make the lemon-law claim based on #number of complaints for the same issue.

Ive seen this happin often while working in the dealership,it`s unfortunate but it does happin,proper documentation is a must.</description>

		<description>I think the lemon law varies state to state, so you might look up lemon laws for your specfic state (or a lot of times there is information concerning lemon laws in the warranty book).</description>

		<description>not sure about colorado but in most states you have to have the same problem occur 3 or 4 times within a certain amount of time usually 12 and the problem can not be resolved... hope it doent happen again but electrical components are like light bulbs sometimes the just quit working  could be eligible for reimbursement from the dealer if it is still under factory warranty</description>
