I purchased the ‘certified used’ automobile from the automobile dealership in my ubiquitous area 1 year as well as 6 days ago. The automobile is the 2002 as well as had 38212 miles upon it when purchased. The automobile came with the 3 month/4000mi warranty.
Within dual days of automobile squeeze automobile had to be repaired.
Within weeks after which air conditioning had to be repaired.
Few weeks after which a/c had to be remade again.
After that, a/c was ‘completely rebuilt’ as told to me by conduct of the use department, who hence no longer functions there.
That was all underneath warranty.
Car has cost upwards of 1000$ in my out of slot repairs given Dec of 08, not counting what NEEDS to be finished to it.
Window has unsuccessful (est 700$) as well as given my windows have been channel taped shut, a/c is of critical importance.
A/c is no longer functional. Estimated cost of correct 1500-2000$.
Dealership refuses to use the automobile as the guaranty lapsed as well as they explain which they usually transposed the condenser, which is assumingly not the problem.
Mechanic we took my automobile to, pronounced the the lemon as well as he wouldn’t be astounded if it was the lemon law buy behind which was illegally sole but notifying me (the buyer) of it being the lemon buy back.
I have contacted my internal lemon law profession organisation as well as they explain they cannot assistance me since of the cars age.
I have had it the YEAR.
Do we have any authorised chance what so ever? This is the FOURTH a/c correct as well as sum repairs done to as well as indispensable surpass the cost paid AND worth of the automobile combined.
This is in the state of Pennsylvania.
I am referring some-more privately to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or the in isolation polite lawsuit, brought by myself.
Do possibly of those APPLY?
I know lemon law is for ‘new cars’ only, it is simply the pretension heading.

I agree with most of the below posts, but even still check out http://www.badproducts.com. If anyone will be able to help you its them. They deal with defective products and might be able to point you in the right direction or at least let you know if you have a case. The evaluation form is free so its no cost to you. Definitely can’t hurt, and there advice would probably be better than any you would get from here. Good luck!
i don’t think you do, there is a limit on when you can act and that passed 9 months ago.
Lemon laws only apply to new cars not used. No recourse that I see. They worked on it while under warranty so now it is your problem.
yeah I have to agree the time limit has expired and the best way to do it is to get a car fax report on any vehicle and that will tell you everything that has happened to that vehicle
