What to do when your automobile is the lemon in Ohio?
I have 2005 kia as well as in 2 weeks it has been in the shop. 5 times in the past year for the same thing as well as we have told thesis all about alternative things which they contend is not there or will not do it whan they have it, or they will repair it than the little thing else will go wrong.
this will be the 3ed time they have had to repair the shifter ,and i got it behind to day as well as it is tough to get in to i Drive than behind to partk. as well as alternative things what can we do .. we know i got the kia we do not need to listen to about which we need assistance upon what to do so we can get the good automobile which will run for the prolonged time.and be the good automobile for my son as well as be protected for have been family HELP ME PLESE the little law assistance would be great

Did you purchase the car new? Lemon Laws are only valid on new cars, if the car is used, unfortunately it’s not covered under any lemon laws.
If you purchased the car used, it should by any dealer offered warranty, and should still be covered under Kia’s original 5 year/60K mile warranty.

If you’re not getting it fixed right under the warranty, contact a local lawyer for more information about what can be done. The Kia dealership in Riverside, CA has been very helpful and their road side assistance has given amazing service, but we purchased the car new.
Your 2005 KIA is no longer covered under the OH Lemon Law. Sorry. It’s limited to new vehicles that have been on the road for 12 months or less and have been driven 18,000 miles or less.
