I traded in my jeep to get an additional automobile as well as we kept it for 4 months though inside of these 4 months i was carrying multiform problems with it as well as took it behind to a dealership prior to a guaranty ran out, a dealership pronounced there was zero wrong as well as a problems a single after an additional as well as even began to wear so we had it checked by 5 alternative dealerships as well as they came behind with it had delivery problems, energy steering, as well as had been wrecked. The dealership i paid for it from eventually switched it out for me so i wouldnt not take them to court. we have had a brand new automobile for a month as well as a half right away as well as not long ago proposed carrying problems with it. It is a 2006 jeep commander in chief with 15,000 miles. we have had proposed problems as well as a little electrical things wasnt operative as well as it was towed to a dealership this morning. When i got it behind i took it to an additional dealership usually to have it stand in checked as well as they cam behind as well as told me a lemon law had been used upon it., it had a branded pretension which had been washed, as well as was usually value during a many 7,000 though a place i got it from had it listed during 28,500. what can i do? what can i design out of this situation?
They gave me a carfax when i got a car…. though they gave me a fake one. A diffrent dealership got me a scold carfax today.

I rarely advise people to sue, but in this case, I suggest you consult an attorney that specializes in car dealer cases.

A prior lemon law buyback MUST be disclosed (at least in CA, but I’m sure elsewhere, too). If the dealer honestly didn’t know (and it’s very possible they didn’t know), I would try to make them buy the car back from me (for what I paid for it), and they can go after whoever they bought it from.

Again, though, the only thing that will help you here is an attorney.

You can expect a lot of argiung and heartbreak. And not a lot of satisfaction. And the lemon laws differ in every state.

And when I buy a used car, even from a used car dealer, I ALWAYS get the CARFAX report. Even though it costs me money.

I’d say get a lawyer and start suing.

I guess, too, that a crime was committed. Lemon laws have nothing to do with your experience. They only applied when the vehicle was new, and the original owner had it. Still, I think they specify how the car can be sold, and that part of the law has been broken.

If they deliberately washed the title, and tricked you about the carfax, a Jury will award you a wheelbarrow full of money. Hire the sleaziest lawyer you can find.

Jeeps? Electrical issues?

This is not a surpise.

A quick google search of thsi vehicle would have told you to look elsewhere.

Lemon law does not apply for you.
