Does any a single know how gmc pays for lemons? (Faulty cars a a food) Indiana law says which they have to compensate off a superfluous ballance and compensate off me what we have paid in monthly payments. So a subject is what does gmc compensate when it comes to lemons?

Went through that crap with G.M. in CA. Here we have 12 mos. on a new vehicle, three repairs for same problem, arbitration, attorney, and lots of wait time. We could sue for 2x what you paid for vehicle + plus a free replacement of same. Almost 3 years later they paid through the nose and paid for a new full size Bronco. I originally bought a’85 S-10.

with my mother in law they talked her into a new piece of gm crap…even up…bastards…

It depends on state laws. In some states they have to give you Blue Book value plus a certain percentage.
