I am right away laid off as well as no longer need this apartment, nor can i means it. Someone told me which there is the sovereign law safeguarding replaced tyrannise workers from franchise liability. Anyone ever listened of this? I’m out of money as well as do not need the legal case upon tip of all my alternative problems

The same thing happened to me in 1994. I did talk to the apartment manager. He was sympathetic and understanding, but had to answer to a larger property management firm. There was no way for me to deal with them personally. They weren’t so understanding. The result was a blemish on my credit history for 7 years. Oh well. I wish you the best of luck. I had to take a job with a non-union shortline myself 3 weeks ago. It was the only railroad job I could find in my state.

sounds like your best option is to contact the landlord or apartment manager and explain your situation. Chances are they will work with you to either allow you to keep the apartment until you go back to work or lower the payments so you can afford it.
