Several years ago, we paid for a 2001 Mazda Protege’ which incited out to be a lemon.
Accordingly, we was means to get absolved of a automobile around Michigan’s Lemon Law.
The automobile afterwards sat at a back of a dealership for about 8 months.
After that, we do not know what became of it.
Is there a little approach to lane it’s whereabouts?
I DO have a VIN code, as well.
Any thoughts, friends?

In California the dealership can resale the car but must disclose that it was returned by a prior owner as a lemon. In at least one case (according to my lawyer) there was a car resold without disclosing that information to the buyer. The dealership replaced the manager there. Not really a solution in my opinion.
Call the manufacturer.
In the 1st. place, why do you care. I’m sure that you received a new car or either your money back. If you feel that you have some type roots here, you can contact your local DMV office or if your insurance guy is your buddy, ask him to run a K.S.R. for you, (title search)…Good Luck !!
