In California it is 4 times for the same repair or 30 days in the shop total within 18 months, 18K miles of buying the vehicle for any number of problems. I am in the middle of one in California and decided to get a lawyer instead of having to deal with it myself. The manufacturer foots the lawyer bill anyway.
