Can a counsel or someone associating in lemon law greatfully review this formula as well as discuss it me if a used car (50K miles) which we purchased Monday would be covered. A second automechanic perspective remarkable inundate damage. Something which was not disclosed by a dealership or Carfax report.

Do we have any rights to blank a contract? we know inundate repairs can’t unequivocally be "fixed," so what do we do in this case? Will a bank let me out of a contract? Would a dealership be compulsory to suggest me an additional vehicle? Should we hit a Attorney General’s Office or DMV?

Thank you.

Indiana lemon law is relevant only for new cars. You may however, have a case of fraud so I would suggest you contact the Indiana Attorney General’s office of consumer affairs.
