You might have a claim against the manu if you can document the problem has existed since it was purchased new.

it depends on how many times you have taken it in 4 the same-thing. I had a Grand Am and I had the car in the shop 12 times before I got a new one Well the dealer bought it back and I had a credit toward another car which was no better.
