I lowered my cholesterol 60 pts in 6wks with eating 3 oat bran muffins a day-get the ‘The 8-week Cholesterol Cure’, by Robert Kowalski. Its an old book-you can find at used bookstore/amazon for cheap, or library. It worked for me-I didn’t do the niacin pills, just his recipe for oat bran muffins-very good and you can change the ingredients. I’d write it out-but, you can probably find on inter-net. You’ll be amazed! My daughter and I are both lactose intolerant-she loves goat cheese and yogurt-Trader Joe’s at store in Calif has sliced yogurt cheese-very tasty! and melts great and they have brown rice tortillas! Iam allergic to wheat. Your acid relux, I have been told can be cured with ACV-organic Apple Cider Vinegar and honey-please go to the Earth Clinic web cure site-people write in from all over the world. I have a neighbor who cured himself of acid reflux with a few tbs of ACV and honey in water-I think he took in morning?? check out the site and you’ll find the proportions. Try new grains like Quinoa and millet-wonderful with raw vegies and eat organic oatmeal with soy milk. Hope this has helped you! I just made a batch of ‘oaties’ (muffins) and added dates and walnuts! Good health to you!

wow, you cry alot

I think a well-balanced low fat diet should help lower your cholesterol and stop your acid reflux.

Increase your intake of fruits, veggies and fiber, and limit your fat intake.

Don’t eat too many starches like rice, bread, pasta and potatoes

my husband have the same problem and his doctor’s office just mailed us a diet plan … your diet is good but also stay away from sugar and things with high sugar such as sodas… avoid white bread it’s bad for high cholestrol stick whith whole bread… and eat oat it’s high with fiber and it will help lower your cholestrol… the diet also said to eat an apple a day try not to peel the skin …

keep testing your Ph Levels and get a green drink to settle your system, something like supreme greens.

Most Cholesterol comes from you manufacturing it. not from the food you eat. Review brag oil and niacin Application in treatment of high cholesterol. also include exercise.
