I am/was formulation to pierce to an unit located during someones house. The owners hired or knows the genuine estate representative who handles the leasing of this apartment. we noticed the apartment, incited in the focus as well as got approved. During the capitulation process, my trainer during work told me which (Roy) knows the woman which rents apartments as well as is the same chairman who we am starting through. At the time we suspicion it was no large deal, only the tiny world. Roy is an worker during the same place we work during as well as we do not know Roy during all since we am really brand new to the job. we have not put down any deposition or sealed the franchise nonetheless though am/was formulation to pierce in really soon. The the single thing which ticks me off is (Roy) knows all about me now. This representative is pity my personal report with (Roy) who tells my trainer male who tells me. we am intensely dissapoint since even if Roy is the agents buddy, the representative has no right pity my personal information. Do we consider there is the complaint here? Would we be upset?

Why are you telling this to all of us here and not to Roy and the agent? Just tell them you do not appreciate this at all.

I would say you have a big problem. It depends on the state you are in, possibly even the city. Also what kind of info is the guy sharing? Is it your credit rating or other financial information? Anything like that is illegal in pretty much any state.

I would contact an attorney asap. Do not speak with any of the people involved for the time being. If the agent insists on speaking with you, have him do it through writing. That way if anything is said you will have paper proof.

Sounds like these guys are unprofessional and this is a big problem. Sounds like everyone would know the details of your stopped up toilet if you moved in. The agent has proven him/herself untrustworthy. No on should share your personal info-only you. Business professionals normally share information with other businesses-not your everyday people. This is your early warning sign. I would see if there are other vacancies available somewhere else with another agent or report him/her to the company. If you are that determined to move in, I would proceed with extreme caution.
