Full face Costs : $150 – 300
Upper lip Costs : $50 – 150

As for being permanent, well laser hair removal normally results in an 80 percent permanent hair reduction in 80-90 percent of patients.
In a minority of patients hair loss may only be temporary and complete regrowth may occur. The complete regrowth is generally seen in white or blond haired patients.
