how many times do any person have to have repairs done to a car or truck before the lemon law takes affect?

i’ve taken my gmc lorry behind to play for stop problems 4 or 5 times given i purchased it 3 months ago. i listened which after so most a lemon law takes affect. once it does a make will reinstate a car for a brand new one. could we greatfully find a scold information.

Depends where you live. In California it is, if you have had the vehicle in the shop 4 times in one year or within 18,000 miles for the same thing.
