My father had the annulment in august, he has had formula behind with great results. you never had the complaint ttc with my 1st 2 young kids in actuality it took usually the single month. Is it receiving longer since I’m older, or since of the reversal?

Has any one else had the successful conceiving physically after the vasectomy annulment as well as how record after the op?
Thanks
I do not assimilate because people answer questions when they usually wish to be rude! you did not force my father to have the reversal! And you both caring for the children. Please usually jump over subsequent time. Thanks

Well, you probably know it takes around 75 days for the new sperm to work it’s way through the "pipes". Sometimes, it takes awhile to get pg…just look around, most couples don’t fall pg at the drop of a hat (or the pants!) Seriously though, most couples without a V/VR issue can take up to a year. Since this is after a VR and you are older, it’s going to take awhile, We only had to ttc two months after our VR to get our bfp, but we waited a year after the VR before we tried, so everything had a chance to get back up and running again.
Don’t pay attention to the naysayers…they are just child hating, vasectomy loving, self-centered people who only see the world through their own eyes.

It simply means you were lucky the first couple of times.

my friends husband had 2 vesectomy reverses and that was 2 years ago unfortantly his wasnt successful so they are going for ivf in the nedt year.
everyone is different!!!
good luck!! xxx

You have to qualify the word, “Successful”. For the most part, vasectomy reversal is a scam business. The doctor will call the surgery a “Success” if there is sperm in your hubby’s semen. The truth is a vasectomy reversal rarely results in pregnancy without IVF. In the cases where IVF was not used, the time is usually about 2 years.

Edit: I agree with wolf38. You are putting him though a lot of trauma. He already has two children. Why burden him with more? Not only that, but you are attempting to rob the other two children, to support another one. That is very selfish.

I feel sorry for your husband….2 children to take care of and you put him through a reversal so you can get another one??

damn…you suck
