I have a 2005 nissan query which is deliberate a lemon aunder a lemon las for a trickle in a roof tiles which has not bound after 3 dealership attempts. The dealership has reliable saying a leak. They have offering me a 2006 query with a same options though with a 66 month tenure instead of a strange 60 month tenure as well as chargin me 8 in sales taxation – a prorated volume they said. we have 13,000 miles upon a lemon query (that we bought) in Dec, 2004. Should we have to compensate any sales taxation upon a 2006 query as well as should we have to accept fluctuating a payments by 6 months?

It doesn’t sound right to me, but I would contact an attorney for some advice.
