How can an "All You Can Eat" pizza, pasta, salad as well as dessert place have income when charging .49 a chairman for adults as well as about half which for children? we hold young kids underneath 2 have been free. The place customarily has about 4-5 tables filled of 2-4 people. we do not get how they can have income after shopping supplies, essential lease/utilities, as well as essential employees. Please explain.
Now here’s an additional question…why did they go in to this business? If there’s no approach for it to be profitable, because open these establishments? we disbelief they could have all a most even if they were bustling often.

Because that low price attracts more businesss. Thus that extra business brings in enough profit to order the supplies. They only buy pans, aprons, washclothes and protective gear for employees as needed. Such as some take the laundry to a home or laundry mat to wash. The owners don’t get paid for what they do after hours and deep cleaning is done after business hours during normal clean-up. As food waste increases and over-eaters start eating there more often the prices might go up a lil. The employees must pay for their non-skid shoes and sometimes for their meals as well. It is true that businesses profit from charging less. Especially since everything they buy is cheap and comes in bulk. Occasionally they’ll buy the salad bar items from a local grocer. Hope this helped.

They might not be

they don’t and may close after awhile…(they may be buying on credit or credit cards now…but they won’t be for long)

cause the food is crap?

Volume. The less you charge, the larger the clientele. People naturally look for the cheap deal. In that way, you attract more people, although you charge less, you make up for in volume and in the long run, word of mouth adds to that clientele. Snow ball effect.
