I have only answered a pursuit posting upon a internet as well as found which a employer is regulating a worker leasing association to shade candidates. They called me to let me know which we have an talk subsequent week though which we initial need to encounter with a repute from a leasing association tomorrow to go over details. we have never found a pursuit this approach as well as need to know if any one has any knowledge with this. Do we have any value being in use by a leasing company? Do they assign me a fee? or only a employer?

I have gotten my last 4 permanent jobs as an accountant by going thru temp agencies. Unfortunately, the last 3 companies weren’t in great shape financially and I got downsized 2 yrs later with each, but I’ve been with my current company 5 yrs, including 1 yr as a temp and got promoted to mgmt 3 yrs ago and I hope to retire from here in 19yrs

There are no advantages for you, other than if you are not hired full time to the employer you remain hired at the leasing company and they will sometimes find you another job.

The disadvantages? The company charges you a percentage of the money you make until you are hired on full time that is taken directly from your paycheck.

Also, OSHA does not apply to you. If you are hurt on the job from employer neglect you have no rights to a lawsuit.

Many downsides for you, many plus sides for the company.
