Four years ago we was diagnosed with Crohn’s mildew after being certified by puncture room officials with an intestinal blockage. we have never had any of a symptoms of Crohn’s similar to disease as well as mostly feel we have been misdiagnosed or something else is wrong too. we am customarily 20, though we regularly feel fatigued as well as comparison than we am.

Hi Anna. The colonoscopies were looking at the wrong end of your digestive tract. They need to look at the upper end – your small intestine! I know your situation well – I have lived it most of my life (I am in my mid-50s).
I have Celiac Disease, but it was not diagnosed for more than 40 years until I decided I must have it and had myself tested (no medical doctor ever suggested it or tested me for it – they always looked at my colon – just like you).
You also need to be tested for SIBO – Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. This is very common if you have used acid inhibiting drugs such as Nexium, Prilosec, etc. It can also be caused by chronic anti-biotic use. If you have SIBO, bacteria are living in your small intestine (they should only be in your large intestine) and they digest your food very rapidly, which produces gas, cramping, diarrhea, etc.
If your docs have not tested you for these two conditions – move on – they are NOT competent. It would be wise to see a doctor who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Celiac Disease – this may be a medical doctor, Naturopathic Physician, or Chiropractor, or C.C.N. (Certified Clinical Nutritionist) with the appropriate training.

I have had intestinal problems for my entire life (53 years).
Last year I finally went for a colonoscopy. The first time the scope wouldn’t go too far, so I had a barium x-ray of the colon. I realized when they were doing that, that my colon is very twisted and messed up. I still don’t quite get all the problems there, b/c the g.i doctor was running late the day he did the second scope test. What I have found is that I need to avoid sugar, limit the amount I eat at any one time, eat lots of fiber. Drink lots of water. Take digestive enzymes. Chew food well. Get exercise to keep things moving. Eat yogurt and take acidophilus pills too. I take a ton of vitamins and supplements. Try fish oil first and work up to taking 3 grams, twice a day or two three times a day. Start slowly, so you know it agrees with you. If you can afford it , tryacupuncturee. I have had colonics, gone to naturopaths, done yoga and so many other things. What I listed above are the helpful things, another would be enteric, coated
peppermint oil pills. That can help a lot of people. Or just get peppermint essential oil and put a drop over your area of discomfort.
Since you have already done the responsible thing, which is go to the doctor and be tested for any physiological cause for this condition, I suggest that you try the elimination diet. First go on a cleansing fast. You can do this any of several ways. The most effective would just be to drink lemon water for three days. If that is too difficult then choose some other fast where your intake will not include anything other than raw natural juices and water and if absolutely necessary — fruit.
An elimination diet is used to determine if the cause of your physical symptoms are due to allergies. Usually in cases where the physiological cause of a condition cannot be determined by a physician through their many methods of diagnostic testing, the problem is allergic in origin.
After three days on the water and juice diet, introduce foods one by one. For instance, on the fourth day try mashed, baked or boiled potatoes plain (with salt and pepper if you have to, but no milk or butter). If that is tolerated without the bloating and pain, then the next day try rice (preferably brown rice). The next day try a vegetable such as brocoli or spinach, etc., then each day introduce something different, one by one. If you experience the pain and bloating make a note of it and do not eat it again. You may be allergic to a lot of different foods, including meat which is the last list of items to introduce one by one starting with fish, then poultry. I do not advise beef or pork, especially if you have a sensitive stomach. Also, I would advise you not to use a lot of seasonings and spices, and to never eat anything that comes in a box or package. Use raw natural products. Real potatoes, real eggs, vegetables from the produce section (frozen whole fruits and veggies are ok), but not canned or packaged. I think you get the idea. Read labels — if there are items on the list of ingredients that you cannot pronounce or you do not know the meaning of, don’t eat it.
Now, here’s the tough part. Hold off until you have tested many vegetables, fruits and meats before you eat a loaf of any kind of bread (except Ezekial or some other none wheat bread). Egg bread is wheat bread. Gluten free bread is the only bread you should consume until you finish your testing. Wheat is a common allergenic food. Many people do not know they are allergic to wheat and their symptoms include hay fever, asthma, skin conditions and worse. Also, I suggest milk for baby cows not humans (babies or otherwise). Drink rice milk for the best substitute.

To me it sounds like IBS and trust me there is not any medication that helps that I have found. Crohns and IBS are almost identical to each other and can be very very difficult to diagnose. I have IBS and my husband was diagnosed with Crohns and our Internal doc told us the only diff between the two is that with Crohns there tends to be blood in your bowl movements, which we have found to be very true. As for your symptoms they are most likely set off by your diet so the best thing to do is weed out the foods that make it worse i.e dairy, greasy and all the good stuff that we all like, its the hardest thing to do trust me! Most of all the biggest trigger for flare ups is STRESS so as hard as it may be try to eliminate all the unnecessary stress and see what happens, you may not get rid of the symptoms all together but it could keep them at a minimum!
