Going through lemon law claim with an attorney, it’s been a while, should I wait or go to another attorney

I’ve got the 2007 Chevy which went which incited out to be trash. Anyway, we found an profession as well as gave him my box the couple of months ago behind upon Jun twenty-four as well as it took him until August twenty-five to get the initial response/offer from GM which was crap. Basically they offering me reduction income than my profession would get in fees as well as an lengthened warranty. My profession concluded which it was crap, so he deserted the offer. The thing is, from Jun to Aug, he never spoke with me, we regularly verbalise to his partner as well as when we asked to verbalise with the attorney, he usually promisses me which he will call me back, as well as NEVER does. So we called upon Aug. twenty-five as well as told them which if we do not get the call behind from the profession to find out what in the ruin is starting on, afterwards I’m starting to find an additional attroney. He afterwards called me behind as well as told me which he got an suggest from GM…..what the coincidence, they day we bluster them starting to the opposite attorney, he calls behind as well as gives me this shitty offer, which even he told me not to accept. Back to The watchful diversion again. Since August 25, he hasn’t gotten behind to me. Is there something wrong with my counsel or is this lemon law routine normal. What should we do?
Thanks!
I haven’t paid my profession anything. He told me which we wouldn’t have to compensate anything, as well as he would get his fees from GM.
CORRECTION: we GAVE HIM THE CASE ON JUNE 5!!!

The fact that the a legal process of this kind takes a lot of patience from both your lawyer and yourself, does not excuse him of not communicating properly with his client. As a lawyer he should know this. If he is too busy to call you back he should not be handling your case. I would recommend shopping around for another lawyer that can provide you the time you deserve. Maybe 50 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean is indeed a good start : )
get a different lawyer. you’re paying the lawyer to work for you and if he’s not doing that… give him the boot.
Just a typical attorney. Don’t be surprised if you get charged the attorneys hourly rate for talking to his assistant.
Read this very carefully, you may want to change tactics, but what ever you do DONT put miles on the new car that is a lemon! Here you go>>>

Here’s the sentence that stuck out in my mind:
"Basically they offered me less money than my attorney would get in fees and an extended warranty. "
You said less than my attorney WOULD get….Does that mean you haven’t paid him anything yet? Did he take your case on consignment? If so, especially with this kind of case, your attorney doesn’t stand to make much money from this kind of litigation and thus, his disinterest/apathy about it…
I had a friend who bought a lemon too. The way she took care of it was to write some very unflattering grafitti about the car dealer all over the windows of the car and then she drove it all over town. Very bad publicity. She settled the matter with the car dealer very shortly after that, no attorney necessary!
