You might consider an addition to your vitamins with Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) which is a dietary supplement for joint health. And get some Tylenol for Arthritis to help manage the pain.
Tendonitis in your feet and ankles could be just a matter of not wearing the proper footwear. If you have flat feet you need shoes with a good arch support from heel to base of big toe. It is also possible that your shoes are not the right width for your foot, You may have to go to a shoe that isn’t sold at the local discount store. But a good support shoe is well worth the extra dollars to ease the pain!
As for your wrists, take a look at your posture at the keyboard. Type with your wrists PARALLEL to the keyboard–not resting on the base below the spacebar. Leaning on them at the same time is a guaranteed invitation to carpal tunnel.
Review what you are doing to cause ‘tendonitis’ in your shoulders. Perhaps you are just putting too much strain on them. If the pain comes after swimming, try switching to a different stroke and see if that helps. Side vs Butterfly. Austrailian vs back. Etc. Something you are doing is causing the pain.
You may be biking too long, too hard, in the wrong gear, and causing stress on your knees. Nothing you can do but do it less. Walk, ride the bus, or catch a ride if you are trying to go somewhere. If the biking is just for exercise or pleasure, give yourself a break for a month and let your knees heal. Warm compresses, braces, elevation, and rest is about the best for this.
A sports medicine doctor might be your best bet for a full evaluation, exercises to follow, and maybe suggestions on your diet (although I can’t see where). Other than the beer and wine, which might affect your liver and cause some reaction to your joints and tendons, you appear to be healthy and fit and apparent good health–from what we can see here.
Be well
