I fork a automobile during a used automobile lot it had 24000miles,pre owned certifiewarrenty as well as lengthened bullion warenty from a compine throught a carlot. a alternative day oil came out of a bottom of a automobile (not a hole from repairs to a oil tank). we took it to an certified dealership/service for doge, it is lonesome underneath bureau guaranty up to 36000 miles it has 27211 upon it now. The dealership told me which a camshaft had fool around in it as well as pennyless it so a engine needs to be replaced. a brand brand brand new a single will not be their compartment Tuesday or Wednesday. The lease a automobile which a dealership told me to collect up, needs to be behind upon Monday??? That’s a total alternative thing.. Dos a same complaint needs to stop 3 times in sequence to do lemon law? Also will my brand brand brand new engine guaranty begin over or do we usually get a disproportion in miles to a 36000..is a brand brand brand new engine guaranty underneath mopo 2 year or 25000 miles what do we think???

I’m not doge (or even Dodge) man, but I will give you your answer. Lemon laws do not cover used vehicles. Lemon laws cover only new vehicles, and the laws vary by state, but generally you have to give the dealer the opportunity to fix the problem 3 to 5 times, and it has to be the same problem that they were not able to fix.
As to your third party warranty, read the contract you were given when you bought it. They may cover part or all of your expenses, but that has nothing to do with the lemon law.
Agreed, lemon laws apply only to new vehicles and not to used vehicles. As far as the rental car, I’d call the dealership and make sure they were covering the rental until the repairs are complete and your car is ready.
