The AZ lemon law applies only to new vehicles sold through dealers, the vehicle must be less than 2 years old or under 24,000 miles (whichever is earlier). The dealer must have made 4 or more attempts to correct the same problem or the vehicle must have remained in the dealers shop for 30 days or more.

My son and his wife forced Kia to buy back their car under AZ’s lemon law, so it does work.

Lemon Law only applies to new cars… in any state.

You should read over your contract with the dealership, because some offer a lemon law type deal.
