Does anyone know the lemon law?

I was wondering if any one knew about the lemon law? Is it the same for all states when we buy the car?

It depends on the State. Some don’t even apply to buying cars, they apply to the Mechanic(if you keep taking the car back to get the same thing fixed is when it kicks in with some States).

It is when you buy a car(new) and you take it back to get service on the same problem time and again. I do believe after so many times in a given period the car is listed as a lemon and it has to be replaced. I am not sure where to even check on this law to be one hundred percent sure. Sorry I couldn’t help more.
