		<description>While being sold &quot;as is&quot; does negate the lemon law, the law also says that you have 7 days to back out of any contract. So if it has been less than a week you should be able to take the car back and get your money. If he is resistant inform him of the 7 day law and if necessary inform him that there might also be legal ramifications of him obscuring a defect in the car.

Even though the car is sold as is, it is highly questionable if the dealer is attempting to represent the car as being in better condition than it is. If all else fails, I&#039;d consult an attorney.</description>
