I got a automobile from a used automobile lot as well as it was sole as is, a been reduction than a week as well as there competence be a outrageous problem, we competence have to get my delivery rebuilt, as well as where we took it in they pronounced a delivery had been burning as well as it competence have been finished to censor a problem… So does a ‘as is’ sale blank a lemon law?

While being sold "as is" does negate the lemon law, the law also says that you have 7 days to back out of any contract. So if it has been less than a week you should be able to take the car back and get your money. If he is resistant inform him of the 7 day law and if necessary inform him that there might also be legal ramifications of him obscuring a defect in the car.

Even though the car is sold as is, it is highly questionable if the dealer is attempting to represent the car as being in better condition than it is. If all else fails, I’d consult an attorney.

Yep

The lemon law applies only to new cars, so it won’t apply to your car. Sorry! I recently bought a used transmission and it works great – you might try that to save some money.

The Lemon Law only applies to new cars and other items. Key word here is NEW.

Go back and talk to the people where you bought the car,if they offer no assistance, call an attorney.

I believe the lemon law only applies to new vehicles
