Duty- the duty of the supplier was to provide you with a lemon of normal quality as stated in their firm offer. Breach- the supplier did not provide you with a normal lemon, they gave you a knock off or an expired one. Harm-the financial/emotional harm you incurred while dealing with the exchange of money/lemon.
