Only a few states have Lemon Laws covering used vehicles, and the one caveat that exists is that the vehicle must still be under the original manufacturer&#039;s warranty. No 9-year old car is under the original warranty.</description>

Sorry to be harsh, but everyone screams &quot;Lemon Law!&quot; when they buy any old POS and &quot;Lemon&quot; is a legal term that doesn&#039;t just get tossed around for the hell of it.

Head gaskets on that 2.4L Quad 4 engine going bye-bye are par for the course.  If this is a 3100/3400 v6, intake manifold gaskets blow and that&#039;s par for the course.

If you ask us beforehand, we tell you this.  After you buy the car, it&#039;s too late to do anything but repair the car out of your own pocket.

I like the look of those 98-05 Grand Ams, but I can&#039;t convincingly tell you a good reason to buy one.</description>
